LOL

But again, last I checked, BMWs are not made by Audi...
Yes, same infamous 60 minutes. You live by TV, you die by TV.

And yes, Captain Obvious (sorry, returning a favor, I think from you!), BMW and Audi are similar (German, hi-end)!

Greed.

When you can make obscene amounts of money in time measured in minutes, that's why. Somehow, your sh!t don't stink.

Nah, not from me. BTW, I rank way higher than Captain; I'm Admiral Obvious.

That's hard to determine. He had multiple serious injuries. But, he's in his 40s and he's a fighter.

The one injury he has that I know something about is the ankle injury. My wife and I were in a crash in 2012 and my wife's ankle was broken in several places. She has had multiple surgeries and years of physical therapy. It took a full year before she could walk without crutches. With the screws and pins in here ankle, she will never be back to normal.

Tiger's doctors will do everything they can to get him back to 100% but the ankle is a very complicated break. Time will tell.

Just something that occurred to me...do you think Tiger is insured for a metric ton of cash against injury that would prevent him from playing? And if so, do you think he just got tired of playing and decided to just pin it and go for the gold here figuring he could cash in and not have to do anything else / willing to risk serious injury?

Or alternatively, he knows it is his fault, but blaming on everything else instead because insurance won't pay out unless it wasn't his fault?

Possible, but not probable.

Tiger has earned a ton of money and unless he blew it all on hookers and oke, he is set for life. He could retire any time he wants to "focus on himself" or some similar reason. No one would complain and his fans would support him.

The most like scenario, in my opinion, is that Tiger was either intoxicated or half asleep.

You NEED visual observations on behalf of the officer to cite for reckless driving. I've already explained that.

We have a Highway Traffic Act that's a catch all Careless Driving, "without due care and attention" is the meat and potato's of the offence, next up is Dangerous Driving which is criminal, I was never really much of a Trafficman, we had a saying about those guys, but with the evidence etc you can get a conviction without direct observation.....having said that you wouldn't want to lay that on one of the rich elites for fear of the beating you'd take at the hands of they're liars....opps, I meant to say lawyers.

There were a couple of roadside cams monitoring Tigers progress with the cyclists at first on the other side of the road then going round a left turn further on.
Mill dollar question is if there was/is one near or at the point where the Gen left the road.

Tiger Woods displays a pattern of substance abuse behind the wheel and has been involved in "off road" adventures. This is all somewhat interesting on a car forum but if an innocent pedestrian or other driver is inured or killed it will be inexcusable that he gets a pass.
