Tech questions

We've had our car for about 4 weeks. It will only allow one iPhone to be connected via BT period. I can delete both mine and my wife's and then reconnect both via BT and when the car is turned off, one of them will always say connected by wifi ie. not connected at all. Right now, the only phone that will connect is mine. If she gets in the car alone, hers won't connect.

When I'm backing out of a driveway or parking spot in my Ford Explorer and there's a car moving my direction, the Ford warns me with a loud beep. The Z4 doesn't do that. I think I've got things set up right. Is that not an option? Or is there something wrong?

I love the car.

Cross traffic warning is part of the standard equipment in the U.S. with the M40i. I have not seen it in action on mine though.

It's part of the parking assistance systems - as long as you don't have those switched off, it should work. I haven't experienced it in action on mine either.

Car, Settings, Driver Assistance, Parking and Maneuvering, cross traffic warning
