The last "junk food" thing I got was about three months ago, two chicken littles from KFC because I didn't feel like skipping lunch that day.

For me it's more about portion. I'm pretty lean guy even though I eat pizza, burritos and drink beer. Just don't overdo it or work out like a mad monkey.

This. Tracking my calories has been so enlightening to me. I'm steadily dropping a pound a week and feeling better every day. Without much diet change, just portions. Like you, when i indulge a bit, i just plan an extra workout session if it wasn't already on the books.

It's kind of funny, because i've dropped from 231 to 207 and it's difficult to tell when looking at me. I pack it on very evenly i guess. Probably why i lacked motivation to lose it in the first place.

Never giving up pizza, burgers, sweets, etc... not gonna do it.
