Z4 M40i VS M240i
I'm currently in the market for a convertible M240i, but the Z4 M40i is really growing on me
Can anyone who has insight into both cars explain why they chose the Z4 M40i over the M240i? I would really appreciate your thoughts. Thanks so much! |

I have both a M235 Coupe and the Z4 M40i. If you do not need the two seats in the back and have another winter car (or no winters to worry about), the Z4 is your choice.

I was in the same quandary and decided on z4. It's my daily driver and looked back at my last year of driving and decided I rarely had need for more than 2 seats so I placed order for z4. I also live in a colder climate . It's all about fun for me. Sick of being practical.

Similar situation here: my 230i lease is up in December, and I’m hoping production starts up again soon so I can order the perfect Z4 sDrive30i for a seamless upgrade. I check the headlines every morning!

Live in northern Delaware (spitting distance from Philly) and we normally get about the same a amount as Philly depending on direction of storm. I work in Northwestern burbs in PA which gets significantly more snow so, yes, it is a concern.
