^^ wow that's a lot of stuff you take. I am pretty much on the same boat as you before Oct 2008, perhaps a little less body fat. i am 5'10" 178lbs. I been doing a lot of cardio lately so i can burn some of the fat.
I have my wedding in Aug 2009, so i need to look my best for it, i just have no education when it comes to working out. I just go to the gym, and work different muscles on different days. It use to work when i was in High school and first years of college. I let myself go, now i need to get back into it. Any advice will be appreciate it. |

Cars4life... you mean oct '08 as in 4 months ago or oct '07 because its pretty damn hard to stay the same weight and lose 15% BF in 4 months?!? In either case, nice progress!
![]() BTW, my current stack includes the following (I don't take 17 different proteins everyday though ![]() Multi Fish Oil Glucosamine ON Whey ON Casein Dymatize Whey Dymatize Gourmet blend Dymatize 12-hour Universal Storm CL Purple Wraath Currently for cutting I take Green Tea, L-Carnitine Tartrate, and EST Suppressor, but honestly I think they are all BS except for the green tea that is a good anti-oxident/mild thermogenic.

Decent numbers though, beat my bodyweight to lift weight percentage by a bit ![]() Why do you feel the need to take any supplements besides your regular diet and protien? Cassein and Whey are all I feel benefit me personally.

Blue Rasberry is the most tolerable for me, all of them work amazing, rediculous pumps that last about 3hrs. Stay away from orange it tastes like chilled vomit

If you are only going to try one supplement then you are better off going with a creatine product instead of an NO supplement IMO.
