Cable routing to fuse box

I recently installed a new exhaust and it came with an electrical actuator valve. Needs to be routed into the trunk and tap into a fuse but the cable will most likely need to be cut and need to tap into an accessory fuse. Willing to pay someone that can help. Thanks
