There are a few names for this, we call it Chalupie. Fritos, browned ground turkey, turkey chili, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and habanero salsa.

Home made Cordon Bleu.

Could not find veal cutlets so I used pork which is acceptable.

Beat the shit out of it until it's at least 50% thinner.

Black forest ham and Swiss cheese. Rolled, egg wash, batter and secured.

Deep fried and enjoy with mash potatoes and carrots from the garden.
