About 7 years ago, I stayed over my cousin's apartment in FL for like a week while I was moving some shit down there to live. While, I was staying there I noticed a big black book that looked like a bible on top of her TV. It just so happened to be a book by Neil Strauss named "The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pick Up Artists". I spent 5 days reading it from cover to cover...

What did I learn...? I learned what a great story it was and how each one of these guys in the story had something in common in the beginning. NO CONFIDENCE. They gained assurance in themselves by having a plan and sticking to it. There was no longer any worry or mystery or thought process involved with speaking to women. They had a technique they employed it. No different than getting in a car and driving it down the street.

Now, when I was done reading the book. I didn't realize it was some big deal. I didn't think anyone had even heard of it. But it turns out people looked at it like a bible. I thought it was just a good story with interesting and somewhat believable characters.

I ended up reading this book and i have to admit, it has some extremely valid points/tips. However about 75% of it was just common sense. Would i recommend it? absolutely. I did learn a few good things i didnt know and since then ive noticed on more than a few occasions out with friends it felt like chicks were competing for my attention. Only thing that changed for me was hotter chicks and closing quicker. Its fun to have the advantage over the chicks your approaching and the douchebags your stealing them from.

Sure you can say it's dressing well and smelling good or even being in the right car....but in the end its about standing out from others and standing tall.

Look at Austin Powers, yeah he's clothes look bat shit crazy...but dress like him one night and go out and just be a total wild child! Point at people and high five them....say really bat shit crazy stuff and say horrible jokes. Be the center of the universe. It works.

The Dos XX's guy is another way of doing it...but that's harder takes a bit more wave front. People have to know you and that takes years and years to get. And let's face it if you had to wait years and years to get your dick wet your balls would pack up their shit and take the dick with them.

The Game is a good book about a decent guy who got shot down non stop by girls who being dumber than a bag of shit couldn't get their head out of their ass and see that the man of their dreams was right there infront of them.

well there's this one time I went to a college(college aged kids) party with 5 other guys(I was the oldest at 33). The whole night I was standing in the corner talking to one of the guys that I went with (I am married) while the other 3 were socializing and talking to all the girls. You should pick it up and read it, its cheap. For a while there i was just bored at work and it gave me something to do. About half way through the book i started learning things that made alot of sense. In a nutshell it teaches you how alot of guys that think they are a badass with chicks make a ton of mistakes, then teaches you how to do things different to make things work out in your advantage. Like i said, i learned quite a bit and started applying some of these techniques when going out in social settings. I was actually shocked when i started seeing how much easier it was to attract alot more chicks. I never had self esteem issues or any shit like that, just a friend of mine told me it was a good book so i figured why not. Its probably not for everybody but im glad i read it.
