Had 2 summers. Time to go with winter coming. Wish i lived in warmer climate. Never had an SUV. Going with X5. Also because of paint color had to buy this carport. Which is for sale!

When I lived in Manhattan my convertibles were parked in my building's garage most of the winter and they never touched a drop of snow.

Retire, move down to sunny Florida and you can enjoy a car like the Z4 all year long.

PS, the frozen colors look great but my salesman warned me about them.

I was hesitant on the frozen color at first, but it just means no waxing and car shampoo without waxes in them. Never used carwashes so it's not a big deal for me. Also, the ceramic coating makes washing an easy chore.

It's not. Probably around $650 - 900 depending on the carrier and whether it's in an enclosed trailer. I checked last winter for a run from S.C. to Texas.

You've got to try Carpro Reset, especially if it's coated. Best shampoo I've ever used.

I have seen several posts about Carpro Reset on these forums and also has great reviews on Amazon. I see it is highly concentrated, how much do you add to an average sized 5 gallon bucket?

Just don't wait until the winter as all of the snowbirds book the auto carriers to head down South and their rates go up. It is a classic case of supply vs demand.

Thanks, I was referring to the portable garage though.
