Hey...I put 8 out of the 10 bolts that I had in that baggie into the hardtop. 80% is a passing mark in my book.

Seriously have no clue where they are from. Oh well.

My Wrangler (91) only had soft top or bikini, so no bolts involved.

I'm pleasantly reminded of the day my youngest was born. Morning drive to work, bikini. Rain starts, becomes torrential (for us) I was allowed to move into one of the hangars on base. Wife calls, "he's coming" I'm frantically trying to get the top back up, but it's a little cold and material doesn't want to cooperate.

Get home. more water comes out on the sheepskins on the way to the hospital. Son arrived before the Dr could because of flooded streets.

I thought about going to the Dave Chappelle thing Thursday night but we already have something until almost 8 so it would be a rush.

I'm on the fence about going. I went to Wrong Iron last night for the Saints game. Going out 5 nights this week is going to be tough. I want to enjoy the game in the dome and not be a zombie.

Friday night her kids are over and we'll be having family time. Saturday night is Halloween and she lives to dress up so we're definitely going out dancing. Sunday is catching up on UFC fights in our lounge at home whilst ordering parts for the Z4. And a gym/sauna session thrown in there for good measure.

I like Wrong Iron and so excited for the weather to change so I can enjoy more outside places. The Saints games just aren't the same anymore. I miss the buzz of the city and the feeling of a packed dome. We've turned down tickets last and this season because of it. I hear ya on wanting to enjoy the game. It's always a long day. Have fun🖤⚜️💛

I will be spending another weekend and probably part of this week flip flopping about a weekend getaway location for the following weekend.
Then I will flip flop so much that I get annoyed and my wife will give no input that we will end up staying home (AGAIN)

If you change your mind and want suite tickets, let me know. I'll see what available ones we have for the Bucs game.

I just watched squid games after all the hype it got... btw I never watch shows and all I have to say is that the plot holes in this show are borderline Fast and the Furious level to me... fun to watch but the general level of unbelievability should have this show classified as Sci Fi.

Not a weekend but taking my mom's car to the Mercedes dealer for an oil change and other things that are covered under CPO warranty and taking my car to my indy so they can replace the fuel pressure regulator on Wednesday.

Since this is a 3-day work week, MAYBE my wife won't come up with another driving trip and I'll get to stain the "antique" that I've sanded 80, 220, and 400 to remove all the old gunk. If that comes out OK, then there will be poly coating to do.

Met up with some fellow Land Cruiser nerds and got a private tour of a dealership owner's collection. A few shots...

Put on a stage 3 intake manifold on my 3.0i last night. Need a new vacuum hose so I'll be getting that. Acquired the 3.0si tune as well last night so a buddy who got me into BMW's is coming over and we're going to tune that up this weekend. Then work on the suspension bolts for the bilstein fronts I have.

And we're going to a show on date night.

Which one?

There were certainly more that I didn't post. He's got two four door ones that are 1 of 4. So 50% of the world's existence was located about 50 feet from each other. Wild collection.

They all are. Never seen the 4-door versions before though, very cool.
