Thinking of joining the G29 club

My beloved is looking at replacing her 2011 Audi TT roadster with a G29 20i m-sport. There are some darn good deals around at the moment in the UK on pre-registered cars. For example a 20i with 6 miles on the clock for less than £30,000 compared to a pre-owned June 2019 car with 10,000 miles on the clock for £32,000. The one down side with the pre-registered cars is the spec, you don't get a long list of options added, either tech pack or or m-sport Pro both with the comfort pack. the dilemma for my dearest is which one to got for:
1: Car with 19 inch wheels (style 799) and m-sport brakes but standard sounds system and no enhanced Bluetooth
or
2: Car with tech pack (enhanced Bluetooth with wireless charging, parking assist and upgraded speakers) but only the 18 inch wheels.

basically then aesthetics over functionality.

What would you go for?

Question re standard bluetooth, I've read somewhere that without the tech pack you cannot stream music from your phone nor can you play music from a USB stick. True or not?

One final question, is there a USB plug in the armrest?

many thanks in advance

cheers, Tony.

Option 2.
You can always replace the wheels later on if you want to.

That I don’t know. I’d say playing via USB should always be possible.
