Yes, sounds like a good deal and the math seems to pan out. I assume the down payment is just fees, 1st month, etc.? No further cap reduction? (If it is cap reduction, the monthly should be more like $540.)

Not getting into lease vs buy, but I just saw BMW is advertising 2.99% for up to 60 months. If you can afford a bit more down payment, you would safe the acquisition cost fee (and lease end turn in fee), but of course would have to pay more sales tax …

One other rebate you could add: BMW CCA (car club of America) … if you aren't already a member, you can get 3 year membership for $134 and you are eligible for a $500 rebate (it took about 2 months after I got my Z4 to get the rebate check from BMW): https://www.bmwcca.org/vehicle_rebate

Agreed to purchase a M40 Frozen Grey for 11% + BMW incentives ($2,500 for loyalty and APR combined). Order placed today and hoping it takes a few months to build considering we have about 6 inches of snow on the ground today.

I hope the discounts are still strong come spring of next year! May be leaning that way if the EOY run off M2C does not get AS

Thoughts? z4 m40i on the lot.

MSRP: $70,245
Selling Price: $63,420
Incentive/ Rebates: $2,500
10k / 36 months
Drive off: $2,700
  • $925 acq fee
  • $702 first payment
  • $721 DMV fee (seems high?)
  • $272 taxed incentives
  • $80 doc fee
MF: 0.00142
7 MSDs: 0.00107 (total of $5,600)
Combined total due at signing is $8,300
Payment Pre Tax: $651.69
After Tax: $702.20

I was thinking MSD should be ($750*7) = $5,250

The fear of COVID-19 has dealers ready to lower prices. Before I got my Z4, I looked at a VW GTI (always liked those little rockets). Today they texted me a deal for 72 months at 0% interest. All auto sales will suffer with current economic conditions. I say that is a buyer's market.

$70,505 MSRP Price after discounts & rebates $59,000 MF .00142

Rebates do not include the BMWCCA $500, need to send in the paperwork or the BMWFS unused mileage refund, around $300+ which comes as a check.

Satisfied with the deal as it was the exact car I would have ordered so I did not have to settle for anything. Build month was 1/2020

Do they do any 24 month and/or 5k miles per year leases and if so how does that impact the mF and residual?

I believe the lowest allowable mileage is 7,500 and even then it is only on the 7 series and maybe the X7.

For all other models, 10k miles per year is the lowest you can go.
