I think the Mercedes is beautiful and their options and color palette selection are better as well. However the optioned cost is 2x, so for me that’s a no. If you’ve got the money however it’s a gem of a car.

that being said the engine of the M is a bit different, you'd have to look up the differences between the S58 and B58 engine. M cars also have better gearbox tuning and bigger brakes.

I have no experience with this but stuff i would be looking at are probably : intake, exhaust/downpipe, turbo, engine tune, gearbox tune, wider tires, brakes, suspension, wing, ...

Well Yea thays just the norm for mods lol I just wanted to know mostly about suspension work and how they get the M cars to "handle" well

That's definitely an opinion I never thought I'd hear. It's not often, if ever, I hear someone not like the way the new Corvettes look. Personally, it's my favorite design yet and that includes 60's and 70's models. Z06 takes it a step further with the boomerang design and it is a head turner no matter where/when you see one. Huge fan here.

Little bit overdone but still a great looking car. Insane ADM's keep me out of the hunt. Back when the C8 was first announced the 5.5DOHC/DCT was my dream StingRay & the first I would buy since my 427CI 67 coupe. Was not interested in the 6.2 OHV, had one in my 2021 Suburban that drowned.

Had a lot of fun debates on the Corvette form on DOHC vs OHV. Finally won the debate with Chevy actually building them but its too late to get in the game.

Next month am buying out my Z4 as a keeper.

If only the gt3rs was $100k less lol its too overpriced. The z06 will definitely be better than a base gt3 for sure

Meh🤷‍♂️ something about the proportions that just is not right.
IMO it’s one of those cars that photographs beautiful but disappoints in person.

I think the new corvettes look like a junior high kid with a love for the transformers designed them but hey it’s all in the eye of the beholder. That’s why God makes redheads blondes brunettes and dark haired beauties - we all like different things.

definitely a head turner but it's far too over the top for me but then many of the super cars are too. One thing that can't be argued with is it's by far the best value in its class.

I admire the new SL's looks a lot. The price is a too high for me, though. You could get an M8 Competition for much less but it's a huge car.

I like the green, and the wheels, and how it looks in profile. But agree that the front looks vaguely GT-Rish. And the head & tail lights are a bit too ostentatious.

But there's no way I could ever see spending $200k on it when it's not really improving any of the functional aspects of the vehicle upon which it's based and which costs nearly 66% less. At that price it's a limited production thing intended for people for whom the cost is irrelevant.
