Z4 Rocker cover not aligning

I picked up my G29 z4 at the dealer last friday. (It was a demo model with only 300 km on it) so practicaly a new car. After driving and enjoying it this weekend i found a small anoying thing.

The rocker cover is not aligning proparly on the driver side. I went back to the dealer today but they say they cannot do much about it. and they showed me another g29 that actually had the same thing.

Is this a know issue, am I being too precise? the other side does fit perfectly.

Photo's are a bit unclear but i guess you can see what I mean?

Both sides of mine match perfectly. I think something is wrong with yours.
