My Trips in My BMW app won't sync

I have been using the My Trips feature in the My BMW app for sometime now without any issues. It worked last night and this morning I couldn’t connect no matter what I did. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

Only trips issue I've had corrected itself. You might try logging out of app, deleting & reinstalling app, logging back in.

I thought about doing that but it is a last resort as I don't remember my login password.

I might call the Genius at my dealer in the morning but the odds are they will give me the same recommendation.

Vehicle finder knew it was in my garage but My Trips was missing journey from last stop to home. All trips accounted for when it caught up. Don't recall if missing info just appeared or if it showed up after subsequent drive. Maybe worth allowing time to see if it sorts on its own. My luck with BMW Assist has been MISERABLE. Hope yours is better if you try there.

I'm seeing the same issue, I'd give it some time, betting some backend service is busted. Hopefully it'll fix itself if you give it a few days.

It reappeared this morning, and I attribute this to a glitch on BMWs end.

I had the same issue and I contacted ConnectedDrive Spain. Reply: “…Our technical team has informed us that there have been outages and long delays in processing that may have resulted in missing trips on February 5-6th…”
