Incorrect Mileage Cars Sold

Hi

I bought a BMW from Sytner that had incorrect or clocked mileage in it and i am fighting to get my money back but i am not getting any proper response from the dealer. Could someone help me with the legal route to fight this including the contact of any solicitor pls.

Would you please elaborate on "incorrect mileage"?

In the US, selling a car with the incorrect mileage documented on the invoice or title is a serious offense. And when mechanics replace an instrument cluster there are forms they are supposed to fill out to keep track of the mileage differences. However, there are also some weasel-word ways to get around it, such as listing “true miles not known”.

As already asked, how incorrect was it?

Also...was it a "new" or "used" car? And how do you know it was incorrect?
