What'd you do to your G29 today?
Came from the very active 2 series sub forum when I traded up into my G29. This was one of my favorite threads there to see the different mods/creativity people have with their cars and wanted to bring that here.
Post up what you've done to your car! From a simple car wash/wax to lowered/stanced/widebody, it's all welcomed. Only rule is you are REQUIRED to post pictures!

Window tine German1967?
beautiful car and looking at your pic wondering if you tinted side windows too. im debating. not really needed in Norcal except on some of our very hot summer days but think the tint could look pretty cool on my upcoming frozen grey. glad you guys are enjoying the new rides - beautiful cars! - Ted

I think window tint on these cars, regardless of color, will enhance the looks. Not like a Carolla with darker tint, still looks meh.

Using the ECSTuning spacer fit kit, I test fit spacers on the z4. Found 8mm to be the sweet spot in front for a mostly flush look.
15mm looks to be slight poke, so going to do 12.5mm in the rear. Pics below.

Finally got my spacers and put them on.
8mm front 12.5mm rear. Everything looks to clear fender if lowered so H&R springs will probably be next. Before and after pics below. Gas station was with the spacers. Noticeably (to me) wider looking at it from behind.

I wrapped the A pillars in textured mat carbon fiber wrap. Really like how it looks, so going to do the black parts of the mirrors, and also the side vents to match next.

Nice looks very clean. Those side vents look like they’ll be a nightmare to wrap so good luck and post pics when done!
