Double Wishbone All Around
I know that the z4 and most bmw's have struts (usually in the front) and multi links on the back.
But if the Z4 came with double Wishbones all around, would it really increase grip and performance that much? Or are struts good enough? Assuming stock strut/multilink setup vs a factory stock double wishbone setup |

Think struts are better than most drivers capabilities including mine. Most Porsches come with front struts so they can have a frunk.
Also the struts on these cars are modified not classic struts.
