A P1 only costs $200k more than the 918. And if you add the special paint scheme on the 918 the difference is only $100k.

I guess your google is broken. The CCX did the ring in 7:33 which is 46 seconds slower than the P1. I see anything from 9.8 to 10.9 for 1/4 mi times.

Nice time on the P1. Granted the Porsche is how much heavier and has how much less power? Good time nonetheless. Not a fan of Mclarens though.

Maybe Porsche should of made it lighter and with more power.
Big fan a Porsche and McLaren myself.

The 918 isnt even production spec yet as far as I know so it may very well change a bit.

And as far as I know, 7:47 is strictly a rumor as of this point.

It is funny, though, that certain people think 10 seconds is a lot, but when you tell them a 997.2 Carrera S is 15 seconds faster than an E92 M3, all of a sudden 15 secs isnt a lot at all.
