They claim a weight loss of 440lbs over the regular GT2!!! Wait thats got to be a typo...

Wasnt the weight difference between the GT3 and GT3RS only 44lbs?

Damn... that car would be amazing

I don't think it will take any potential gt-r owner away as the regular gt2 has a base price of around 190,000

Holy. Shit. Time to take out a mortgage on a car?

I predict mid 10s in the mid 130s if it can come close to putting the power down, and that -440lbs isn't a typo. Incoming world-beater.

Nissan and GM threw down the gauntlet and Porsche answered. :-O

HOLY CRAP!!! I'd love to have a GT2, but a GT2RS would be INSANE! Since a regular GT2 is $200,000, I'm thinking a GT2RS is going to be north of $250,000, maybe even $300,000.

I need to win the lottery.....

Sick but overpriced.. And i wouldn't say z06 slayer.. Those cars are animals ,may out edge it in a few ways but DEFINITELY wouldn't annihilate it in any way shape or form. As for zr1. Well its just ridiculous. Its $112k and it beats everything besides Veyron LOL

fwiw, the 930 was the official widow maker. And P's first product liability suits from fatalities. No nannies, turbo lag, and with a shorter wheelbase. 996 is a pussycat in comparison.

while the GT2 RS would be a killer supercar... i would hardly consider that a "big f*ck you" to nissan since the base GT2 is already twice the price of even the GTR Vspec.

in order for porsche to really send a big f*ck you to nissan, it would need to build a 911 turbo at a similar price point that could out perform the GTR.

if one product is more than twice the cost of the other... its not in the same class/league and therefore cannot be considered a "big f*ck you".

I doubt any person wanting to buy a gt2 would even consider a skyline....

Btw a gt2 does take out z06's, by a lot check videos on youtube....

now imagine a gt2rs, i think it would be realy close to a zr1
