Just called my SA and he was familiar with what I wanted, he said they have tried in the past but was unable to get them on the car. He said easily available after the fact.

Knowing nothing abouth their production line, but something about production lines, it's possible the workstation where that decal is applied, also performs other, Non-US certified tasks. If it's a US car, it bypasses that workstation.

Maybe. Import/certification considerations also probably preclude some changes. Would love to learn what really makes the side sticker a sticky situation.
