And I've put the Spectre on it's bracelet. Not sure how I feel about it... will probably be switching back to the NATO/Leather NATO soon!

Here's a couple of Omega watches I tried recently . I think I love that blue dial Omega , very nice looking watch .
On the other hand , the Speedmaster is manually wound and the guy who let me try these on said it was to a rare model

When did that anniversary speedmaster come out? the only way to tell is from the case back? Is the bezel the usual metal or ceramic with the lume (like the Snoopy white dial)?

I'm not Omega guy sorry I can't provide a clinching answer to your questions but he said it was a too rare model , even harder than finding a Rolex Sky Dweller 326934 (blue dial )

omega makes so many anniversary and special edition ones that its hard to know which one exactly.

i think there are about 5 or so variations of the 50th anniversary moonwatch.

Honestly it is one of the more active watch enthusiast communities; I'm over at the watchuseek forums all the time and I see the Omega and Rolex forums to be the most lively and helpful (and with great people to just talk about random, non-watch related things)

Speedmaster! Easy to read, keeps exact time and is a chronograph. Comfortable to wear vs submariner (oyster bracelet) and the weight is more evenly distributed. Sub is case heavy. I weighed both and the sub is only 2g heavier. Didn't expect that. Plus its like $3k cheaper (sapphire sandwich). lol

Stuck between: Speedmaster '57 Omega Co-Axial Chronograph 41.5 mm with polyamide strap OR Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional Chronograph 42 mm

I usually wear Daytona and GMT Master II (haven't owned a Sub yet), but would like to add Omega for everyday wear.

Been very happy with my 42mm Seamaster PO for the last two years, super easy to read at a glance.

This one?

I prefer the classic look of the Moonwatch. The GMT and Sub essentially wear the same. I bought the Omega as a daily use watch and for this purpose, you will be totally satisfied.

Fantastic, yes: stuck between these 2.
I did notice one thing that Omega is a large watch. I have a 6.5 inches wrist. Daytona/GMT/Sub wear perfectly on my wrist.

I can't compare to the Daytona, but even though the Speedmaster is 42mm, the bezel(overall) diameter is exactly the same as the Sub/GMT. While it might look larger is because the dial is larger with a narrow bezel. Have you gone to an AD to look/ try these on in person?

I haven't. Waiting for Saturday to do so.
Checking them out for sure

That’s a gorgeous watch. I absolutely love my regular moonwatch, but every now and then a ltd version comes out and gives me an itchy wrist. Just a shame I can’t justify another watch for a few years at least.

The Omega Big Blue. Pretty much all ceramic and liquid metal, and damn that colour

This could be the watch that gets me to give up my current 42mm PO. Nothing else has tempted me quite like this.
