For the record, my son is a junior and just got straight As. IB English, Science, and Econ; AP Calc; Photography (for business); and Baseball.

My kid is in 2nd grade.
Yes, she is not doing too good, but she is doing better than how I was in elementary school. Our family tend to catch up late. Not worried.
I was c- student in elementary school, and I am proud of it.

Ah. I remember taking AP Calculus "BC" and AP Physics "C" (calc based) exam like yesterday... it's been 20yrs now. WOW

Usually, kids who are in International Baccalaureate (IB) program has to allocate their time on IB classes to get all their exam to get their criteria and exam done. Yes, I took IB classes , because pre-calc class was full. It doesn't count.

This is why I tell my kid's tutor* who are in highschool to just take AP exam, and if that is not enough, tell the school to send them to local college for beyond AP.

BTW, is your kid gonna take Calc2 on his senior year in local college? (assuming ap calc being AB)

ETA *= Yes, our kid has a tutor on weekend, and I return service by tutoring them. Heck. It's only been 20yrs since I took ap calc, ap phys, ap chem, ap whatever the f, but good enough for my kid's tutor to finish HW and prep for exam.

Best steak i have had in forever was made on one I agree. I have shitty propane now not very good. Part of the fun is getting a six pack down while the coals get ready.

The Kamado grill is at 500 degrees in about 12 min after lighting it.

Super fast to light and it bears my name. lol

I'm thinking i may have to make a grill table with both the Kamado and Webber recessed into the table surface.

Was also surprised to realize that the Kamado is more like a fancy oven that will smoke and grill. Apparently with a normal size pile of charcoal will hold 250 degrees for 8 hours or more.
