I didn't see any pepper spray, that usually breaks up a crowd.

Not going to argue about it. You're welcome to your opinion on how you would have handled things differently.

So does a gun, but even after one of the guys being shot, they didn't stop lol. I don't know what pepper spray would have done to those people, since cops showing up and breaking things up normally breaks up things like that. These guys were something special haha.

Weather they used pepper stay or not does not take away from the fact that they did maintain composure very well in that particular situation.

I saw pepper spray 3 times. Tasers at least 5 times.

So who saw this one "An Oklahoma reserve deputy accidentally shoots and kills a suspect he meant to stun with a Taser, authorities said."

Just awful... an unprovoked shooting of an officer by a thug. Happened on Friday. Let me be the first one to say that these people don't have an easy job. Hope the officer makes a full recovery. He was shot in the face.

Wow that sucks, poor guy has to live his life knowing he shot someone in the face, how sad. I'm sure after seeing all the police shootings on the news he feared for his life when he saw all the officers. Poor guy just wanted to get back home to his family. Trust me guys, it's not easy shooting someone.. This guy really didn't want to shoot the officer but his life was in danger. The officers should have left him alone and never provoked the situation. How unfortunate, now all citizens are going to look bad because this poor guy was put in a dangerous situation and reacted.

I hope no one takes this post seriously, but that's how people sound when police shootings happen. That being said, that is a very unfortunate situation and I hope the officer makes a full recovery.

Nothing will happen to him. Just like when an old person accidentally hits the gas instead of the brake and runs through a crowd of handicap children. They'll just chalk it up as a mistake.

On a positive note, the local guys did not shoot the young man who came at them with a sling blade: http://www.vcstar.com/news/local-new...blade_90397739

They didn't talk about race. I wonder if race had anything to do with it.

Race always has something to do with it..., even when it has nothing to do with it.

The teen is black. Sgt. Perez is brown. I don't know which officer ducked. They knew this kid had problems already.

Thumbs up

*UPDATE*

http://news.yahoo.com/ex-sc-officer-...151700892.html

EXCELLENT!!! The Grand Jury finally got it right! 8 shots in the Back to an unarmed person for goodness sake??? Hopefully the "bad seed cops" out there can be weeded out and the good officers out there can be seen and appreciated for the admirable and necessary service they provide.
