Hating suicidal Bambi

I was out early in the morning at the beginning of a trip down to Houston. Bambi is not a good hood ornament. Anybody have a recipe for roadkill venison?

Glad you weren't hurt - deer strikes can be fatal if they hit the windscreen.

This is my favourite sauce for venison by the way

Sorry that sucks! Had the same thing happen to me in my F85 about a year ago ... barely clipped it with the corner of the X5M and caused 18k in damage! Hard to believe from the photo:

Looks delicious:-).

If there ever was such a thing as a Goldilocks strike, this was it. A little bit lower and the radiator, steering rack and carriers would have taken it. A little bit higher would have put Bambi square in my lap. I was at least able to drive it ~20 miles to the local BMW lot. It can be repaired (for a eye watering $20K). Thank goodness the air bags didn't deploy.
