Took delivery of mine 8 days ago. Only driven it twice but have spent many hours just looking at it. Cosmetically it's absolutely perfect and having owned BMW's since 1987 I have no doubt about the mechanics over time.

I do NOT have any gap on the roof of my car. Matthewstorm, that looks pretty significant. I'd get that checked out.

Mine looks the same as the above pictures, maybe if you measured carefully, slightly less than Matthewstorm picture. It's similar on both sides.
