I fired today a dude like you at work ,I got heartache because I knew about his private situation.But he really screwed it up at work and I gave him first 3 written warnings this week !
Still see his face from earlier today in front of me..when I said to him , you are fired .
Feel sorry for the dude , but I really had to do it.. #Sucks !

Well, that's his own problem. If you're going to be an addict you need to be a functioning addict so nobody can tell any different. Clearly he was a noob and deserved to be fired.

Only a couple employees here. Last one I hired has a masters in civil engineering. Haven't had to fire anyone though. Thank goodness.

I agree . My effort for him was 7 months of education .I mean everything was for nothing and that's really frustrating !
Monday I need a meeting for a replacement .

The best dude I ever educated in the last 15 years is a Russian . Jonathan his IQ is skyhigh !
His education with me went really smooth . And in 1/2018 I would love to give him a contract .

It's really hard to find good dudes .Perhaps I need more Russians...
Of course chicks education is a different story .

Trust me, you're better off without. I don't hire people based on looks, but on ability or potential. If my employee F's up a job, I can be sued. My wife is plenty hot. I don't need a hot employee. lol
