well thats good you should keep it up it really does help, put some iceyhot on it during the day, but you may smell weird though..lmao... what you just need is a good massage....

My preferred way to start that conversation is to say "(fill in the name), prior to today, how long had you worked for (fill in the company)". Somehow my HR guy didn't think that was funny when I did it during some stupid F'ing HR training class.

good to hear - the ACE / icyhot pads have done wonders for my shoulder lately. That, a couple vicodin and some Annaprox. mmmgood! Maybe add a beer chaser or two after work

My shoulder could require a designated driver!
