I have Ultra Boost 19s. Made the mistake of wearing no socks for half a day and messed up the sole when I pulled my foot out. Now the sole keeps shifting back.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and I woke up to an email from Adidas asking me to join a raffle to win Yeezy 350s in white gray red. Around 4-5am I figured I would join the raffle. Next thing I know I won and have a pair of Yeezy's. Now I am not sure if I want to keep them and wear them as intended or sell them.

I may sound a little salty but anyway...

I find it extremely difficult and frustrating to be a sneakerhead much less just buying a pair of sneakers just because I like they way they look and fit

I absolutely loath the sneaker resale market.... it is extremely frustrating for people to buy 10 pairs of sneakers of the same size for $200 only to sale them for $500

We all have those things we over spend on... I have a friend that buys Bowties for $600-$800 a pop

But I refuse to buy sneakers over $250 a pop.... just not my thing... I just wish manufacturers would regulate or overproduce their sneakers so I can actually own a pair I would like to buy

I’m a simple kind of guy - 3 pairs of black Sambas (old, medium old and newer) and two pairs of white ones. Makes it pretty easy to pick in the morning...

In all honesty, one of the reasons I dont want to sell my yeezys is because I dont agree with the practice. I am not a hustler.

I was thinking of listing them for basically what I paid for the and then like $10-15 for shipping/handling.

But then people will buy them just to flip them for a couple hundred more or give me non stop hate because "no one" sells real yeezys for basically cost.

You wear size 12?

600 bucks for a bowtie, my god. You could have a new suit, pair of shoes and a cab ride home for that. On the up-side, I bet that your buddy has some pretty sweet bowties!

Just remember: a grown man should have better things to worry about than sport shoes. There are frankly some downright appalling shoes featured in this thread. Leave the whole “sneaker head” thing to the teenagers.

So a grown man can't have fun with his money? Should everything be about paying bills, wearing cardigans and diverting as much as possible into his 401k? I don't like every pair of shoes pictured within this thread either, but I also don't think having an interest in sport/tennis shoes is a solely a teenager's endeavor.

Cars, watches, sneakers, stamps, whatever - leave folk to buy/collect what they want.

You're on a car forum - maybe log off and get the bus?

Comon P1et! You telling me you don't own a pair of sneakers? I wear my sneakers to the gym and everywhere else.! I'm not a teenager and to me it's funny you think sneakers are for the teenagers only lol? From my group of adult friends who range from 30's all the way to 70's I've seen all of them rocking sneakers! I was shocked when my neighbor across the street who's retired and drives around those Ford T's or whatever they're called was ricking some Jordan's! he said age is just a number and you only live once

My neon-green sneakers are my trademark, people recognizing me just by looking at the color of my shoes. No one dares to ask 'how old r u'

Why? Is it because it's impolite to question a lady's age or is there a chance you are a teenager just worn down too much?

This was a limited retro series last year, saw them first into Nike shop LA near Hollywood Blvd but not my size, bought into Frisco. No idea if you wannabe-Hulk dreams had a chance to come true

I’m 55 and other than going to work (Doc’s for work) I am generally wearing AF1’s all the time.

Everyone who knows me knows I love shoes and every time we go overseas I come back with at least three or four pairs, I’ve got more shoes than my wife

If anyone finds a 12 can you please let me know

Thanks
