Aftermarket tail light assembly

Has anyone changed out their tail light assemblies? I tried looking for one with clear lenses or any aftermarket tail lights in general but wasn't able to find anything. Wondering if anyone else has had any luck.

I haven't encountered any either. Maybe you can do something nice with tint foil? they have some patterns and colors too to experiment with
