Convertible using key fob

I saw my SA do it during delivery. I tried it tonight and it worked fine going down using the unlock button. I then tried to raise it using the lock button. The roof closed fine but the windows never went all the way up.

Any others with similar experience?

The first two times I lowered and raised my roof this happened. After that it’s been fine.
I notice I do need to hold the lower/raise button a bit longer for it to do the final bit of raising the windows

It’s also finicky, at least for me. You have to be pretty close to the car, and sometimes mine will just roll the windows down and not open the top or will put the top up and not close the windows, like yours.

If I just let go of the button on the remote and then repress/hold it usually finishes the cycle.

I, also, have found it to a bit finicky. As RigaTony1982 said, I have experienced.

Being right next to the car seems pointless to me: I'd like to start the cycle at least 10 seconds walking distance from the car, so by the time you get there its open. Since it doesn't do that I don't use it.

Key fob battery level also plays a roll. One of my keys had a low battery warning, before I got around to replacing the internal battery I tried the roof open and it was stuttering the roof as it was coming down….basically the battery was weak and acting like i was pressing and letting go of the unlock button rapidly.

Replaced battery in fob and works fine now. I don’t use the feature very often.

Wish you could open it on the app, like the remote start feature.

Real nice in the summer to let the heat out before you get in if you did not have time to remote start.

Agree it should be in the phone app.
