If it's for you and it's for travel, I'd recommend something a bit different. Tumi has good ballistic nylon bags, basically indestructible and good warranty. I use that for business travel.

You'll fret constantly with a LV duffel bag / tote bag. With the Tumi, still looks nice and durable. Less painful if you scuff it, lol

Seriously, back in the day when I was married we'd make the biennial pilgrimage to NYC and hit the LV store around Times Square, if I remember correctly. About the 3rd trip, they started asking if they could send a car service to pick up my now ex-wife. My response, of course, was do it and you'll never see us again. I almost did the steamer trunk because it's so iconic. But the price was eye-watering and I figured it would be better to buy another car or some-such. WTF was I thinking?!?!!

I used to be into LV and Gucci wallets. I kind of wanted another one but they aren't that impressive anymore because its just a wallet that holds cards and cash. Most people are just buying the LV design to show off. I don't think people are buying their plain wallets that have no LV logo on it. I'd rather have a nice car, watch, and house.

My life has been such a shit show for the last two weeks. I promise, my life has been so drama free, till 5 weeks ago. I’m struggling with POCD after surgery. I’ll have a couple good days and then I’ll have a bad day. I’m still banged up from falling down the spiral staircase in the guest house. But, yesterday afternoon, I walked out of Gelsons, my long time ex girlfriend was backing out of a parking space, in her red Toyota FJ, which used to be mine. I loved that thing. And, some girl in a new Tesla, quickly backed out of her parking space, didn’t look and just slammed into the side of the FJ, just as my ex rolled the window down to say hi to me. The girl gets out, “I didn’t see her”. I’m like, “how the hell do you not see a big red truck right behind you, when you have a big backup screen and three rear view mirrors”?. She goes, “you need to do something about your attitude, I’m not talking to you”. I’m like, “yes you will deal with and talk to me. And, excuse me for not being all roses and ponies. But, you just smashed what used to be my FJ and it’s a good thing I wasn’t on the other side. You would have killed me or at the least smashed both my legs”. She hit the FJ really hard. Like, she just gunned it in reverse. So, my ex is crying, she tells me she doesn’t know what to do. I told her, it’ll be ok. My adrenaline is in overdrive, I’m shaking. I’m just waiting for one of her two male friends to mouth off. Because, I’m going fuck someone up. Everyone calms down. I got all the other girls information and gave it to my ex. Then, when the girl in the Tesla left, a Jewish rabbi called us over to his car. He was sitting in his car, saw the hole thing and he gave us his cell number. I go, “well, one of my girlfriends is Jewish”. My ex looks at me, “you have more than one girlfriend”? I’m like, “yeah”. The rabbi says something in Hebrew and shakes his head. I thought it was funny! But, for fucks sake, what are the chances of that happening? I went and bought lottery tickets last night. But, I’m thinking about just staying at home and watching tv for a couple weeks. Seriously! What could happen at home? Oh yeah, the stairs.

If I could, I wouldn't carry a wallet. I have a thin one - got used to needing super thin so I could cram it into my essentially skin tight motorcycle suit / jacket pocket, the habit stayed with me.

I leave everything in my car when I get out. Wallet, cash and keys, so I know where they are at all times lol. Makes life easier.

They stole your car because you left it unlocked with the keys in it. Or you left the car running when you went into the store. I live in a very suburban part of the city but smarten up people. Wish I could give you a better explanation but it's just the way my life's always been. People are respectful and go out of their way to be respectful I guess. I've noticed my neighbors that do park on the street, they make sure they'll encroach on the surgeons driveway to my left and leave me a wide berth. Shit, if I happen to be in the garage, I've had neighbors ask me if their parking is alright before they leave their cars, and the ladies on my street bake me stuff time to time and bring it by. Plus, it's really not the neighborhood for shenanigans, lol.

Not sure if outlets for this type of brand really exist. I looked because I was intrigued, but these all look fake. You can tell the design should be upside down on one side because its one piece of printed leather they use for the bag design. I've been to the flagship store in Paris and learned about them.
