edit: I forgot the 87 previous E90 owners who said turning the new electric-powered light bulb was too easy. They said it felt for lack of a better word, numb. They preferred the tighter E90 light bulbs.

Yeah if it's light bulb you can do it with scuffed knuckles, if its led then probably dealer and £$£$.

Gotcha. Where I live they issue you a cni for that, careless and imprudent driving. I figured it was something like that. Thanks for the clarification.
