I've had the 20 inch 759i series on my car. Looks great but car becomes a little bit too bumpy while driving.
245/35/20 front
275/30/20 rear

Tires will be wider but also taller. Speedo off about 1mph on hwy. Fitment not a problem but what are your trying to accomplish? If looks just get wheels spacers.

If you think of better performance, just a set of better tire of original size will do.
I suggest Michelin Pilot Sport 4S

Wider is better, do it! I've seen even 295/40/18 on the front of a supra so I don't think 265/35/19 would be a problem at all.

What brand/model were the tires that came with the car? Mine came with Pilot Super Sports 255X35X19 & 275X35X19. They are 300 treadware which is about as soft as I want to go on a pure street car. The tires feel pretty good don't think I will change them.

Widest high traction 100TW tires I run on any of my convertibles are NT-O1's.

255X40X17 & 315X35X17

Just installed fresh tires on it @ 12,000 miles, but it gets more than just street use.
