Yes, and there are 2 exclusive colors: San Remo & Frozen Deep Green. Can't get those colors without the manual transmission

Someone on here was able to order San Remo with an AT, but in Europe. TBD how it plays out in the US.

These 2 colors also come with the Handschalter Package only correct? what does the Handschalter Package contain , stiffer suspension in addition to 19/20 wheels, Manual transmission, black mirror caps, Msports brake with red caliper and Extended shadowline trim? Downloaded the app and entered the VIN today. The app gallery is actually showing the correct wheels!

I called my SA yesterday and asked about status, still no allocations. He said they usually get new allocations the third week of the month. Does that sound right, or are allocations random and that's him saying "don't call us, we'll call you"?

allocations are not random. However, the allocation for March production for MY25 4 Series and Z4 was a bit delayed and released on Feb 2. Everything else for March production was around Jan 24.

Next round for April production will be towards the end of this month.

Just drove a Z4M40i auto today, liked the car. Pretty nippy and fast for the hp and torque.
Plan to put in my order for manual transmission. This is where I am confused, does having a manual transmission automatically adds the handshalter package. If you add ZED that's add manual and handshalter package too?

Can only get the manual with ZED, yes. ZED is the code for the handshalter package.

Any opinions worth sharing comparing the shifter feel/linkage between the Z4M and your M2C??

I wish but i drove an auto Z4 M, i am keen to know how the manual will drive in terms of clutch feel and transmission

I dunno. I just emailed my sales guy last week and said that I wanted to order the car. But, I’ve got a 20+ year relationship with them.

Awesome. I thought I've gotten away from that type of stuff after leaving the Porsche allocation nonsense behind.

Next they'll throw in a little artificial scarcity so the dealers can tack on ADM's.

To be totally fair, I got on the list for the M5 CS 3 years before it was announced. About a year ago I heard rumors of the Z4 M40 6spd and sent him an email asking about a list.

He said not to worry because it wasn’t going to be limited production.

Granted, it’s a 1 year run, but BMW has said they will build as many as necessary.

My dealer didn't get any allocations in January. February allocations won't be until 3rd week. I am allegedly #1 on the list (status 047). I am curious how many they get.

If they don't get any in the next round I'm open to switching to a high volume dealer who'll do a fully remote sale and PCD.
