Power Upgrades for 3.0?

I've seen a lot of options for the S58 motor out there but it seems like the options to upgrade the B46/48 motor are much slimmer. Curious what people have done and if they have measurable results. I'm thinking downpipe and maybe a light ECU tune eventually. An intake seems silly unless someone could convince me otherwise.
