Individual colors for the Z4???

no its done afterwards, i got them to disassemble and sand down the entire car and then paint it a different color

Wrapping is easier, i've had wraps on it before, but the finish of paint is so much nicer than what a wrap looks like up close.

I love how the black accents pop on the purple, cant wait to see my car with the black summer wheels in a few weeks

I don't understand why it doesn't come from the factory with a black diffuser, on some colors the grey is really ugly in my opinion

Great color. It is not twilight purple is it? Mind if I ask what a color change for a Z4 costs to be done right like yours in Europe costs?

it's not twilight.
I wanted to go with a different shade purple first but it would have been a lot closer to tundernight so i'm very happy i didn't do that

All in about 10k euro.
It probably depends on where in europe, too work hours are expensive here in Belgium.

Magna will never do BMW Individual paints because their paint shop is not set up like BMW's to do so. Magna make several models for several OEMs and they can't have just 1 car painted a special color then clean the whole paint shop to go back to the standard colors. BMW sets up their paint booths in their factories to do cleaning thats why they charge $5K for it. This is another reason that the Z4 is only offered in like 6 colors each year. Magna has limited ability to change colors.

Magna does the G-Wagon, and I'm pretty sure you can order that in individual (or whatever MB calls their's) colors.

I see a boatload of colors in that guide for like $6,500. Where do you just see gray?
