What's M40i selling for?

Looking to get an M40i model of Z4 soon.

What are these cars (especially M40I model) selling fot these days? Are we seeing any discounts? I own two BMW's already but I don't see any loyalty discounts available on this car?

Just got mine new for about ~77,000 out the door (includes all fees and incentives)

If you're a veteran and have everything set up in ID.Me you're looking at a $1500 incentive.

Broker I used is offering 6.0% off MSRP for a 30i model. I’m guessing it’d be between 4-6% off a M40i.

But then don't you pay the broker? Or is his cost included in it?

The tough part is finding a car. Not lots out there to be had in LA anyway. Picked up a new one yesterday little discount!

Take a few minutes and search the BMW nationwide locator on their site for certified pre-owned. I got mine with 250 miles on it and 9k under typical sales price. Loaded M40i dream car, extremely happy with the purchase.

I have a 5% off deal on mine: no special discounts (conquest, military, employee, loyalty), custom ordered, no forced add-ons, paying cash.

It should arrive at the port this weekend. Let's see if they really come through without any shenanigans.

Yeah, you do. I think when I got mine it was like $500. Since this was in January when stuff was still kinda wonky, I still came out ahead versus on my own, even with the fee.

The pricing on the website configurator is accurate.

I custom ordered mine and it was MSRP as shown on the website configurator plus taxes and fees. Did not qualify for or receive any discounts.

Mine was an older CPO model. But, also loaded M40i at a great price.

I got $2600 off , so do the math around 3.5% for $73.5K MSRP

Are you looking to buy off the lot? If so, may get some savings on a 2023 model (there's no difference between them and the 2024).

For example, this one is being advertised on Autotrader with a 6% discount: https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...ckType=listing

I agree that you definitely have more bargaining power when it is a 2023 that a dealer already has in their inventory.

Even if it is a 2024 sitting there and it is the end of a month or quarter where they want to get as many sales as possible on the books.

Did not get any discounts (did not really ask either though lol) and was 84k otd with every available option. I guess I could have tried at least but was happy they were able to get an allocation from another dealer and did not bother.

push for loyalty or BMWFS discount but these cars are pretty rare

make sure to get the BMWCCA discount if a member (1 year membership member for 1 year or 3 year membership member for 6 months) ... it's only $500 so probably not worth doing if not already a member

There is no loyalty (or any other incentive) on the Z4 currently.

Bummer. They did lower the price a couple grand if I recall correctly for the 2023 MY

I believe MSRP went up slightly, but was offset by certain options that had a decrease. I know the ACC was a $1,200 option in 2022, but was only a $550 option on my 2023. Also believe the Vernasca leather went down in price like $200, so was really about how the car was optioned.
