Do the driver and passenger mattress fit snug to the sides? The picture might be deceiving me but it looks the the bmw mats cover more area. I just ordered swatches this week.

Just went and checked. There is a bit of a curve to the side walls obviously - it's not a 90 degree angle from the floor to the side wall. The mat sites pretty flush as far lateral as the flat goes, but once the curve starts up it stops. So at the front of the mat on the driver side I can fit the tip of my finger in between the sidewall and the mat. At the rear of the driver side it curves in a bit and there's a bit more room.

They definitely are not as functional as the weather tech mats I had before - those conform exactly and go upwards on the side to hold water and snow etc. If you're looking for complete coverage and safety these may not be for you.

These are organic and imperfect and have a bit of heart and soul IMO. It's a different vibe.

They seem to shed quite a lot from the pictures posted up

My OCD would go to overload

No shedding at all so far - they come with some “loose ends” - again these classic coco mats are a natural product not synthetic.

But yah if you want something precise and linear and sterile it’s not the look and feel for you.

Perfect, thanks! It looked liked they followed the curvature but from a distance they looked smaller.

I think a photo of a cars interior shows a lot more dust and dirt than you can ever imagine!

Yah as soon as I took them I realized I hadn’t vacuumed and sand (which is everywhere where I live) would give some OCD types the heebie jeebies. It’s a daily driver so that’s just my real life.

The mats though again don’t shed at all at least thus far.
