Update: My vehicle status has now changed to "Dispatched from Factory". I think this means it is on a truck on its way to Bremerhaven. Can anyone confirm that?

That is what it means. It is on a truck or on a train (or being loaded or a truck or train). I'm guessing on a train, but don't know for sure.

Update: my vehicle is now "At Port". I was told it should be about 1-2 weeks before it gets assigned a vessel and is loaded. I'm looking at mid December for delivery.

That is the same thing they told me. You can check the shipping scheduled, but there is no way to tell how many cars are ahead of yours, so you can't tell if it will be loaded on the next ship or not. The good news for you is that you are on the east coast and there seems to be more ships going there than I have going to the west costs. Good luck with getting on a ship quickly.
