Mate . No worries my memory works outstanding !
From what I can read in your posts , It's only hate for MAX .

You don't have a favorite ?
Well , if the MIB takes the victory (as usual) you seem to be very quiet .

Mate we should meet each other ASAP . As you know my place isn't so far from Germany.......
Of course I have some friends from the Dutch Orange Legion as well . By chance today at work I met the leader of them !
Imagine mate !

What can I say. Best driver wins again? What a surprise!!

I look forward to see you in Merc colors when the Champ actually retires, and max is mature enough to join a real team

Though it will take some time and a firm hand by the look of things.

And I know you need all the help you can get, but meeting up sounds like fun. I am #RELENTLESS Hope you don't mid if I wear a different color though, orange is the color of Trump, and I've never been a fan. Ever spend any time in Stuttgart?

Jacques Villeneuve did okay in a Williams in 1997
Unless winning the drivers championship and besting Schumacher isnt good

If you mean throw any driver in the current Williams, well throw Senna in it and Id bet he would finish P5 or higher.

Current day, of course. And that's debatable, I'm really routing for them...but c'mon. They're at zero points at the moment for this season if I remember correctly? I don't think any one driver could turn that around. Perhaps I'm wrong. Future looks bright, however. Certainly brighter than 2019.

I don't know about P5 but Senna even in todays Williams would definitely still stand out.
The very best drivers always impress in whatever car they drive.

Lewis Hamilton has equaled Michael Schumacher's 91 career F1 wins.

As a tribute to such greatness, Michael's son Mick Schumacher presented Lewis with one of Michael's race helmets.

The closest to this record are Vettel with 53, Prost with 51 and Senna with 41.

It appears triple digit F1 race wins is in sight for Lewis.

Dominant F1 teams happen.

Dominant F1 drivers happen.

As in life, results don't lie.

HAM's work ethic and his late night deep study sessions of the tracks, the car, the opponents continues to equal the highest level of success.

I haven't done this in months. It's official:

You sir, win The Internet today. Congratulations!!
The points you made are completely FACTUAL vs the palaver so many here and in other forums have sprouted.

Some people actually use the word luck to describe Hamilton's dominance but as the old saying goes: "The harder I work, the luckier I get." Preparation and Opportunity, the core point being Preparation are the hallmarks of HAMs career since he was a young boy. The work his dad performed and the discipline he instilled in Lewis have been manifesting themselves over his entire career. This result is the fruit of preparation, not luck. Saying it's luck is an insult to every person who has achieved anything of significance in any walk of life.

Stellar post.

Ding....Ding....Ding....I win!
Thank you for the kind words; your eloquent narrative regarding luck vs achievement is spot on; HAM enjoys success because he has laid down 13 years in F1 total commitment and perhaps another 12-15 yrs from karting to F2; he has achieved F1 WDCs at both teams he has driven for.

You're welcome!! Another great summation from you, as well!!

I often wonder how many people who decry his talent have even sat in a race car, let alone driven one in anger? Further...how many times have they been in an open wheel car?!?!!

Anthony Hamilton on Lewis Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton's father on Lewis Hamilton

“I’ve been thinking back on it this morning,” Anthony said.
“It’s been 30 years that we’ve been on the road to motorsport success. Lewis’ early formative years were probably the most influential and the most important to his achievements today.
“If you look at the way Lewis is racing now, certainly in the last two or three years he has completely reinvented the way he has approached his racing and drives.
“To be honest, nothing has changed other than Lewis is older, I’m older, and he’s got a huge list of successes. But we treat every day and every race as if it was our first race, and it’s so exciting.
“I think that’s part of the reason why he’s still achieving greatness is because he’s enjoying every day that he can race.
“I think that’s all part of experience certainly from karting, but as you get older and wiser and more experienced, you start to reinvent yourself.
“If you look at the way Lewis is racing now, certainly in the last two or three years he has completely reinvented the way he has approached his racing and drives.
“There’s no accounting clearly for talent, but being able to develop control of the tyres, manage the race… it takes a huge amount of skill and I must say patience
“As I keep saying to him, you’re a long time retired in this sport – continue for as long as you enjoy doing it. When you get to that stage where you’re no longer having fun then you should stop doing it.
“But I know Lewis absolutely adores the sport, he loves winning, he loves competing, and loves the competition. Most of all he loves standing up on the podium hearing the national anthem played for him.”
“I’m extremely proud of him. It’s something we should have done many, many years ago, but opportunities were not there.
“Now the opportunity presents itself for people to have a voice. I think that’s what’s needed in the sport, and sport worldwide.
“I’m extremely proud of him and long may it continue,” concluded Anthony Hamilton.

Angela on Lewis Hamilton

I cant express how grateful I am to be part of this momentous journey... Im humbled everyday by the dedication and hard work Lewis puts into every aspect of his life ..
I wish everyone could see this.
We are always the last driver to leave the track in the evenings , he spends hours trawling data, watching replays, working with Bono and his team, pushing and continually searching for the smallest of gains.
Its an honor and a privilege to know this side that so many of you never see .
You truly deserve every one of those 91 wins , not only are you such an amazing athlete, but one of the most caring, humble , genuine and beautiful souls I know .. and such and inspiration to me and many.
Im so super proud and happy for you .. I know you will keep pushing but enjoy today and this moment as you truly deserve it

I met a couple on holiday who worked with Lewis when he was at McLaren and they commented on what a nice bloke he was to work with and that he who wore his heart on his sleeve.
I'm pretty confident that history will describe him as an incredible talent and easily the best of his generation.

Wow, it would be incredible to meet HAM for sure. HAM is on the cover of my latest GP Racing magazine (formerly F! racing magazine) and it's great reading about HAM.
