Z4M
Hello all,
The Z4 that goes into production on March 1, 2024, may be a special model. Because it has 20-inch rear wheels. The front wheels are 19 inches and the rear wheels are 20 inches. What is this combination? Yes, it's the same as the M model. |

All I know is that manual Z4 is supposed to go into production 3/24, which is why I'm lurking this forum. If that's true, manual Z4 M40i will likely be my next car. I highly doubt a full M version is coming.

Good to see you lurking here. A manual bimmer weighing <3400 lbs with >380 HP is the stuff of legend. It doesn’t need to be a full-blown M car to achieve great status along these lines… plus, with aftermarket wheels, springs, etc., for a reasonable price it could be taken to the next level.

All my Z4s (I've had one of each gen) and one 330i had staggered setups with different widths. And there are a few cars out there with different diameters front to rear. All my other cars (about a dozen) had square setups - all 4 wheels and tires were the same size.

20" on G29 concept. 19" offered. https://www.press.bmwgroup.com/globa...on-four-wheels My special model guess is coupe. Next guess would be new wheel option for existing model(s). |

If you have a 30i, the standard wheel is 18" and are 8" and 9" wide while the 19" are the same 9" and 10" as the M40. Also, you can tell from checking your tire widths if you have the factory tires or the exact same as the factory tires. The narrow set are 225 front and 255 rear. The wider set are 255 front and 275 rear. Or, you can simply measure the width (cross section) of the wheel through the spokes....

It’s on the sidewall of your tires. I learned this fun fact at 14 years old. Everyone should know this.
