Anyone know?

Please know, and advise your customers, that when ordering BMW Special Order Paint (490), the “Lane change assistant” function, which is a part of Option 5AU “Driving assistant professional”, has to be deactivated. This happens by adding option 8TR decoding additional function. We will add 8TR to any orders with 490 & 5AU.

It has to do with the thickness of the paint on the bumpers interfering with the sensors inside of the bumpers.
