Good luck finding a dealer to sell the car at invoice. It has only been on sale for a short time.

Nice car shopping skills Chipper!!!!!!!!!

go get one of those,,, or better yet.

Find me a 911,, bare bones. Macadamia metallic, with full leather, sport seats.

Leasing is great. I could have gotten away with 10k a year. Found out I ride the bike more than I did.

Plus new car very 3 years,, and your not paying a totally flushable sales tax on a $50k-$60k car. That right there makes me sick.

A 911 2dr Coupe would run about $980 a month.

MSD's: $5250 down to be refunded back at the end of lease.
Residual: 57% with 12K a year.

Calculate that.. 57K minus $5250=$51,750. Instead of 63K. Figure out payments.. and voila. 600-700 a month. Point is.. find a dealer that offers you invoice. I am still looking for a better deal.
i understand that the MSD's reduce the money factor, but how do they also reduce the capitalized cost of the car?

The MSD's make it so if any extra money is put down the monthly drops considerably.

In this case, the dealer did this for me as a rebate and I just directed it towards the monthly and thus causing the payments to go super low.

Do you work for BMW? Also the picture wouldn't prove anything. You could put whatever you wanted down to get your payment. My BS stands!

Mathematically not possible. I would be more than happy to admit I am wrong if you could break down your lease for me.

They don't. Would the OP please explain how this is not a typo? Are you doing both MSDs and a downpayment? Otherwise, you don't subtract your MSDs from the negotiated price (invoice or whatever it may be).

Well the way I got the car and got a rebate for buying some of them, I used it as a down payment, and although the lease calculator as shown really might not make sense, I'm sorry.

Without the rebate that I have, you could be looking at $700 a month for some down, like 800 or something for a sort of loaded C63, but then again this thread was made to explain but more as a way to see if I should get it as I have some slight advantages here such as the rebates and the Loyalty program.

Also, I meant show a pic of my payments from a statement from BMW,

here..
A 3,200 Security deposit (7 MSDS) on the X3

and 4,400 Security deposit on the 335i (7 MSDS)

Since when does the 5250 get refunded at the end of the lease? Is that not a regular down payment?
