At a BMW car meet! I went to one over the weekend and there was only 1 G29 Z4 of over 400 cars. It's amazing how rare this generation is!

I went to my first meet this past weekend and there was only 1 other one there as well. I have my first Z-Car group drive this weekend. I’m curious to see how many G29s will be there.

So sorry. Since "misery loves company" here's my story - I started the process when the Austrian plant production of the Z4 had all but shut down back around September 2020 when we first test drove one. Occasional searches nation wide revealed a handful of new Z4's at elevated prices, much less paying for the shipping costs to your home and not really getting what I wanted. Finally took delivery of a custom build in late April 2021. This after an allocation became available in San Antonio in early January when I ordered.

Thanks, it is very disheartening to observe a large, good company flounder on something as simple as basic communication. all reasonable people can understand and empathize with their situation if it is communicated.
