I assumed that. But he didn't seem to having any issues prior. I wonder if Horner thought Lewis would pit considering the lead, so brought Max in on fresh rubber to set a fast lap before Lewis pits? Man, disappointing

wow what an ending i was jumping around until Lewis crosses the line!!!!

i guess we ll see some teams do 3 pitstops next week 2 for sure.. great job from Merc's until last 3-4 laps.. both cars with puncture wasnt expected at all.. actually Bottas was saying because of the vibration his vision was blurry maybe they could have pitted him but probably it ll be too cautious to do such a thing.. crazy ending..

im so glad Red Bull did the right thing and given some more engineers to Albon to help him during the race weekends.. he just needs a bit technical help or change engineering wise.. he snapped 8th place which wasnt ideal of course but still some points.. better than ending this weekend with empty hands.. well done to Max did the best according to conditions..

and yeah.. Leclerc managed to have the best with the package Ferrari has and it seems they took away the MissionWinNow decal off their cars and stuff.. well done to Leclerc kept clean all race and did his best.. Vettel seems like he needs a vacation since he was fighting with Alpha Tauris during the race.. wow wasnt expecting to see him this low..

McLaren went a bit unlucky with a puncture like Merc's had but Sainz was complaining about the vibration as well.. both McLarens were great and hats off to Lando again.. such a great racer, he has very bright future ahead with some right moves when the time comes..

Racing Point has a problem with race pace really cause they really suck at race days.. its weird and im sure they re already thinking the same..

Easy to blame Horner but its six of one and half dozen of the other,Max may have got none if he stayed out. He's just six points from Bottas now,Merc has a DAS wear problem.

The "DARK" side was like usual too strong . But as we can see the MERCS-DAS can make tires , but also break tires !

The "DARK" side has already the strongest PU . If that is not enough , they have also all the luck on their side ...

guys McLaren doesnt have DAS but they had the very same issue..
and actually no clear news yet bu Kvyat's crash was looking because of tire issue as well..

My friend, don't despair the 'Dark Side' have a das problem and betting on the black cars can't be lucky all the time like the fastest drawer in the West,soon there's someone always BETTER (33).

The RB16 ran a lot better and faster in the end of the race . With less of fuel , the RB16 is "lighter" and improves the balance of the car immensely !
Probably the RB16 balance issue is the "weight distribution" of the car ..

It reminded me of the race where both Vettel & Kimi had similar tire failures on the last lap a few years ago.

Really surprised Ham wasnt on the radio complaining about his tires and the commentators were focuses on the front right tire blistering but it was the front left for everyone.

Yeah my friend . It was a great race from MAX once again . He was the only driver who got the Dark side in sight ...

The Mercs are really stronger . How they pulled away from MAX from behind the safety car was mind blowing ... Actually they did it 3 times !
The Mercs white smoke issue seems to be fixed as well .
