BMW Drivers Guide app account issue
Last week I received an update to the BMW Drivers Guide app on my Android phone. The update installed but informed me that my log on credentials were incorrect.
I asked for a reset email and set the password to the same as it was before. The BMW Connected app continues to work fine using the same credentials as does the BMW Connected web site. The BMW Drivers guide continues to inform me of an authentication issue so I've deleted the app - it's of no use if I can't log in. A couple of days later, on entering my Z4, I was informed that my account details were incorrect. I re-entered my BMW Connected Drives details into the car and all was OK. However, I'm now receiving the incorrect account details in my car at varying intervals. Are BMW suffering from some sort of authentication issue? Has anyone else experienced this? |

BMW advised me to 'upgrade iDrive services' with a set of instructions that weren't relevant to the new Z4 so not much use really.
They are aware with the Drivers Manual app issue. I still get the following message: |
