Hope they get back to you tomorrow and say whoops it’s on the boat headed to you shortly. If that happens to be the case it might be on the Donnington. If mine made it on the one I assume it is on that is the Hawaiian highway. Fingers crossed our cars show up in the system soon.

Have you been watching your ship as it crosses the Atlantic? Looks like it is just getting into the English Channel.

Yes I have actually been watching both. To see where. Interestingly mine updated this morning to in transit. Fingers crossed yours reappears this morning too.

No updates yet. Maybe my last call to the Genius site where they escalated my request to find out where my car is now will pay off.

That's great news. You can likely call up the Genius line to find out what vessel it's on too if you wanna track it goin across the pond.

Definitely hope that COKen gets some news on his too.

I'm honestly not a fan of building, and my experience was pretty painless.

Yeah, man. Hearing some of the other stories, I was VERY lucky. 7 week turn around. Had i had to experience some of the BS ya'll did, I'd have been piiiiisssed. But even still I am more of a instant gratification kind of guy. I wish that the M40i that I drove from CarMax worked out. JUST RIGHT out of what I was wanting to pay per month (especially with my wife's car payment as well)

I did get a call-back from the Genius escalation, but I didn't get much help. They don't have any better visibility than we have on the web site. They did say that if it had to have a part replaced, my car would get the next part and wouldn't need to wait for it. They did indicate, kind of, that data collection was the most likely cause for no updates, but they can't really say that. Looks like the best source of information, if you are having issues, will be your dealer. Although, in my case, they have not been able to find out anything either. Maybe one of these days I'll get a call saying my car is at the dealer.

In your position I would watch the boats it might have made it one to see when they arrive at the port yours will be dropped at and maybe it will pop up soon at that port. That’s what I was doing hoping for it to pop up and eventually it did. The odd part was the list of boats someone linked on here did not have the Asian majesty on it.

I have not seen any ships going to Long Beach listed yet. Not sure, but the K-Line may not go to the west coast.

I know that for West Coats drop offs, they do go through the panama canal. We had some folks recently get their deliveries here. One of which lived in Washington and the port was southern California.

I tracked my 435i through the Panama Canal and on to Long Beach. It had to wait a week on the east end of the canal before it could start the crossing. Even found a public video camera at one of the locks and got a photo of the ship. But once it got to Long Beach there was no more tracking info until it got to my dealer.

Not sure if that means I can get the name of the ship or not, but I'll be checking to see if I can get it.

Congrats. Give it a week or two. You can anticipate the vessel by looking at the schedules on marine traffic.

Just talked with the Genius people and was told that it has been assigned to a carrier, but not to a ship yet, but they should have a ship assigned in a few days.

I have been looking at the schedules, but none of the listed ships are going to Long Beach, or any west cost port. Not sure if that means they use a different carrier than the K-Line or not. But in any case, once I get the ship's name I will be able to follow it on marinetraffic.com.
