Anyone else getting that metal rattle inside the muffler? This only occurs when I'm on sport plus mode. The sound isn't really that loud you can only hear it once the windows are opened or when you are outside the car. Tho when I'm on comfort mode I don't hear that rattle even with the exhaust flaps open.

I'm not in an M40i, but I don't hear any sort of rattling in mine.

I had that problem with my 2017 M240i, it was the actuator that opens the exhaust to make it louder broke, it was replaced under warranty.

Yeah! Mine does it as well, every time i do the firsts throttling. After some good "farts" it vanishes, or I get used to the metal rattle, dont know
