Remains found over the weekend, which the Police seem to think is her. And he's nowhere to be found. Probably already on his way to South America.

Even if he didn't do it, makes him look guilty AF.

The FBI entered and searched the family home of Gabby Petito's fiancé Brian Laundrie in Florida on Monday, a day after investigators across the country found what they believe to be her remains.

As a reminder, both Brian and Gabby lived here prior to the cross country trek.

So he's not in the preserve... trained canines have been scouring the joint for 72 hours (or longer).

Not surprised. He probably never went there in the first place and there's really no way to prove the parents had any indication otherwise.

He's got about a solid five days head start on wherever he went.

There's speculation that he may have never been at his parent's home this entire time. As no one has seen him since his return on Sept 1st. So he may not have even been there when this whole thing became public.

It's hard to say for me. I've found everything so confusing with how this has all played out. I just know that everyone has said he returned home to his parent's house on Sept. 1st. Then I'm not sure when and who actually filed the missing person's report. I've heard Gabby's parents did. Then some media outlets said Brian's parents did (or too). Regardless, the filing of the missing person's report was days later after Brian arrived back to FL alone.

There's also some rumblings that Brian's sister asked to see her brother and the parents refused contact. Furthering fueling the speculation that he hasn't been in that house the whole time this all went public.

Supposedly FBI declared the Laundrie home a crime scene.

Doesn't exactly make sense with whats been made public, can anyone shed some light?

Just a guess but I don't think it has to be a murder scene. Could be that they think conspiracies were hatched there, or accessories after the fact did some accessorizing there.
